**Job Title:** HCM SME (Human Capital Management)(Senior) **Experience:** 10+ Years **Location:** Chennai/Kolkata/Bangalore/Noida Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **HCM Subject Matter Expert (SME)** with strong expertise in HR processes, SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, workforce management, payroll, and talent management solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving HR transformation initiatives and providing strategic guidance on HCM best practices. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the functional SME for HCM processes and solutions. - Analyze, design, and optimize HR business processes across the employee lifecycle. - Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities. - Provide expertise in core HR, organizational management, personnel administration, payroll, time management, and talent management. - Support SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements, and support projects. - Collaborate with HR stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives. - Develop functional specifications and review technical designs. - Conduct workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions. - Support data migration, system integration, and reporting requirements. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
