The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Talent Management modules. This role requires close collaboration with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead technical design, development, implementation, and support activities for Oracle HCM Cloud projects. - Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot complex Fast Formulas across Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor. - Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, and FBDI. - Create and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and HCM Extracts. - Develop technical specifications, integration design documents, mapping documents, and deployment plans. - Perform data conversion, migration, reconciliation, and validation activities. - Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live support. - Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Conduct impact assessments for Oracle quarterly releases and recommend necessary changes. - Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to project team members. **Required Skills:** - Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical - Fast Formulas (Advanced) - HCM Data Loader (HDL) - HCM Extracts - Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - REST & SOAP Web Services - BI Publisher - OTBI Reporting - Payroll Interfaces - SQL, XML, XSLT - Security & Role Configuration - Data Migration & Conversion **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. - 12+ years of Oracle HCM Technical experience with multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. - Proven expertise in Fast Formula development and Oracle HCM Cloud integrations. - Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, technical components, and best practices. - Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Certification preferred. **Preferred Experience:** - Global Payroll and Benefits implementations. - Fusion ERP and third-party application integrations. - Experience working in Agile delivery environments. - Exposure to release management and cloud upgrade assessments. **Core Competencies:** - Technical Solution Design - Fast Formula Development - Integration Architecture - Reporting & Analytics - Problem Solving & Troubleshooting - Stakeholder Management - Team Leadership & Mentoring **Primary Expertise:** Oracle HCM Cloud Technical, Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP Integrations.
