Job description

Area(s) of responsibility **Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Design** - Partner with HR stakeholders (HRBPs, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) - Convert ambiguous requirements into structured reporting logic and data models - Create comprehensive testing scenarios **Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports** - Create data models and build templates based on requirements - Unit test reports and confirm meet requirements **Own end-to-end report development lifecycle** - Requirements → Design→ Build → Test → Deploy - Interact with functional product owners and stakeholders to ensure proper testing - Support UAT and iterate based on stakeholder feedback - Perform hypercare on deployed reports **Support multi-functional reporting domains** - Core HR (headcount, worker data, org structures) - Talent Management (performance, goals, succession) - Talent Acquisition (requisitions, pipeline, hires) - Total Rewards (compensation, salary ranges, incentives)
