If you have expertise have Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll implementations and support projects 📌 Job Title- **HCM Workday Payroll** 📍 Location - **Kolkata** 💼 Experience Required - **7 to 12 Years** **Job Description** **Workday Payroll Functional Consultant** **Job Summary-** The Workday Payroll Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting Workday Payroll solutions. The consultant works closely with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, ensure compliance, and optimize payroll processes within the Workday ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather and analyze business requirements related to payroll processes. - Configure and maintain Workday Payroll modules according to client requirements. - Design payroll earning, deduction, taxation, and reporting solutions. - Support end-to-end Workday Payroll implementations, enhancements, and upgrades. - Conduct workshops and client meetings to understand payroll requirements. - Configure payroll calculations, pay groups, pay periods, pay components, and payroll integrations. - Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and payroll parallel testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and production support tickets. - Develop payroll reports using Workday Report Writer and calculated fields. - Collaborate with integration teams for payroll interfaces and third-party vendor integrations. - Ensure payroll compliance with local statutory and tax regulations. - Support Workday releases by evaluating new features and implementing enhancements. - Create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and training materials. **Required Skills** **Functional Skills** - Workday Payroll configuration - Payroll processing and validation - Payroll calculations and taxation - Payroll reporting - Payroll auditing and reconciliation - Business process configuration - Security configuration knowledge - Data conversion and migration **Workday Modules** - Workday Payroll - Workday HCM - Workday Absence - Workday Compensation - Workday Time Tracking - Workday Benefits (preferred) **Technical Exposure** - EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) - Workday Studio - Workday Report Writer - Calculated Fields - Core Connectors - Integration troubleshooting **Experience Requirements** - 7 years to 12+ years of Workday functional consulting experience. - Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll implementations and support projects. - Experience in payroll processing, testing, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory regulations. - Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments. **Preferred Certifications** - Workday Payroll Certification - Workday HCM Certification - Workday Pro Payroll Certification - Workday Reporting Certification
