What You Will Own • End-to-end billing and POS operations • Cash management, reconciliation, and daily closing • Supervision of cashier team and shift planning • Handling refunds, exchanges, and billing escalations • Ensuring accuracy in invoices, payments, and documentation • Compliance with audit, finance, and SOP guidelines Key Result Areas • 100% accuracy in billing and cash reconciliation • Minimal billing errors and transaction discrepancies • Reduced customer wait time at checkout • Efficient handling of returns, refunds, and exchanges • Adherence to audit and compliance standards • High customer satisfaction at the final touchpoint What Success Looks Like • Smooth, fast, and error-free checkout experience • Zero or negligible cash variance • Well-managed cashier counters during peak hours • Strong coordination with sales and operations teams • Positive customer feedback at billing stage • Audit-ready processes with no compliance gaps Who Thrives in This Role • 3–6 years of experience in retail billing/POS operations • Graduate - Bcom preferred • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to manage pressure during peak store hours • Good leadership skills to manage cashier teams • Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles • Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
