Be part of our team thats scaling sustainably, thinking big, and building for the billion! **Job Title:** Head – Corporate Social Responsibility **Location:** Mumbai **What you will do:** Head – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will bring on board strategic, governance, and execution capabilities for all CSR linked social impact initiatives across the Group. The role will act as the single-point lead for Group-level CSR strategy, statutory compliance, reporting, financial governance, impact measurement and stakeholder engagement, and will actively support the Group CFO in ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, disclosures and audit requirements for all Group companies. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Strategy, Governance & CFO Support:** Define, implement and periodically review the CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group’s ESG roadmap, business priorities and long-term sustainability objectives. Act as the principal support function to the Group CFO in discharging all CSR related statutory, governance and disclosure responsibilities at a Group level. Serve as the interface with the CSR/ESG Committee for all Group entities, including agenda preparation, approvals, periodic reviews, and consolidated reporting. **2. Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Stewardship:** Ensure full compliance across all Group entities with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, CSR Rules, Schedule VII and other applicable regulatory requirements. Oversee Group-level CSR disclosures in the Annual Report, BRSR, BRSR Core and other regulatory filings, ensuring consistency and accuracy across entities. Monitor entity-wise CSR obligations, spends, unspent amounts, transfers to specified funds and utilization timelines. Ensure timely completion of mandatory impact assessments, utilisation certifications, and statutory reporting for each applicable Group entity. **3. Financial Management, Controls & Group MIS:** Support the Group CFO in CSR budget planning and utilisation monitoring across all Group entities. Establish and maintain a centralised Group CSR MIS, capturing entity-wise budgets, detailed spends, fund flows, project status, outcomes, statutory timelines, and compliance status. Ensure timely and compliant fund disbursement to implementing partners, with appropriate approvals, controls, and documentation. Strengthen Group-level internal financial controls to ensure transparency, traceability, and audit readiness. **4. Program Oversight & Partner Governance (Group Level)** Provide oversight for end-to-end execution of CSR programs across Group entities, ensuring alignment with approved strategies and statutory requirements. Conduct and oversee due diligence of CSR implementation partners including financial, governance, operational and reputational assessments. Conduct periodic field visits and reviews to assess implementation quality and compliance. **5. Impact Measurement, ESG Integration & Risk Management** Drive periodic impact assessments, including independent third-party evaluations where required at entity and Group levels. Track outcome-based KPIs and present consolidated impact dashboards to the Group CFO, CSR Committee and senior management. Identify, assess, and mitigate reputational, compliance, execution, and ESG-related risks across Group CSR initiatives. **6. Reporting, Documentation & Audit Readiness** Lead and consolidate CSR disclosures for the Annual Report, BRSR, and BRSR Core at a Group level, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Establish Group-wide documentation standards, evidence repositories, and record-retention protocols to support audits and regulatory inspections. Proactively support the Group CFO during audit committee discussions, board reviews, and regulator interactions on CSR matters. **7. Communication, Brand Stewardship & Group Engagement** Develop and implement a Group-level CSR communication and stakeholder engagement framework in coordination with Brand, HR, and Corporate Communications teams. Oversee branding and public positioning of the Group’s CSR initiatives and CSR Foundation, including digital and social media presence. Ensure responsible, accurate, and compliant external communication of CSR activities across Group entities. Design and implement Group-wide employee engagement and volunteering initiatives, including periodic programs with senior leadership participation. **Who you are:** - **Education:** Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work, Management, Sustainability, Public Policy, Finance or allied disciplines, ICAI, ICSI. - **Experience:** 12–15 years of progressive exp
