**Job Purpose** This role is responsible to oversee and lead the development and launch of innovative digital products that meet and exceed customer expectations within specific group of lines of business (LOBs). This involves creating and executing a robust product strategy, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions. The ultimate goal is to achieve business growth by delivering exceptional digital products that cater to the evolving needs of customers within the designated LOBs. **Job Context & Major Challenges** Job Context/Job Challenges:Organizational Context ABC Digital has been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Capital in 2023 to engage in distribution of Aditya Birla Capital products and providing services to customers, including web-based services, e-commerce, and payments facilities and allied activities. ABC Digital is developing an omni-channel based D2C platform (website and app) to acquire new customers and serve them seamlessly. In addition, ABC Digital has started a virtual engagement management through inbound and outbound calling. Also, ABC Digital is engaged in cross-selling different ABC products to walk-in branch customers. ABC Digital is collaborating with all ABCL subsidiaries to deliver a truly personalised and seamless omni-channel experience for both new and existing customers by building capacity and enhancing productivity through investments in talent, technology, marketing, and data and analytics. Key Challenges Developing and executing a product strategy that aligns with the overall business goals of ABC Digital and meets the evolving needs of its customers across various channels, including web-based services, e-commerce, and payments facilities. Building and managing a strong cross-functional team that can collaborate effectively with different departments and subsidiaries within ABCL to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience for customers. Staying up to date with the latest technology trends and market developments to identify opportunities for new products and features that can drive growth and stay ahead of the competition. Balancing the need to innovate and differentiate with the need to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry. Job Context Develop and execute product strategy for ABC Digital, driving business growth and enhancing the customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, launch new products, and meet business objectives. Leverage data insights to inform product strategy and ensure successful execution. Stay updated on industry trends, identify new product opportunities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Manage a diverse product portfolio, ensuring consistent experience and engagement across Lines of Business. Lead the design team in creating effective design solutions, ensuring high-quality and consistent design across all digital mediums. **Key Result Areas** **KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)** **Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)** KRA1 Product Strategy and Vision Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the assigned LOBs. Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities. Collaborate with tech teams to ensure technical feasibility of product ideas. KRA2 Data-Driven Decision Making Perform UAT and highlight errors in the development; Get the issues fixed from the Tech team Perform data analysis and evaluate consumer feedback; Loop in feedback for continuous product improvement Work with data scientists to develop predictive models and inform product decisions with data-driven insights KRA3 Project Management and Execution Develop project timelines and manage project scope. Manage project budgets and resource allocation. KRA4 Driving customer journey-centricity across LOBs Collaborate with business to define and articulate critical customer journeys that will drive new demand and service existing customers Help businesses to implement key Customer Experience improvement projects that have been identified to deliver the best value to customers. KRA5 Product Launch and Metrics Tracking Create go-to-market plans and coordinate cross-functional teams for product launches. Develop and execute customer retention strategies. Continuously iterate and improve products based on user needs and performance metrics
