**Role : Head – Cyber Security** **Experience : 15 - 22 Years** **Location –Mumbai, Hyderabad** **Mode of Interview: Virtual** **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** **1. Cyber Security Strategy & Governance** - Define and implement **enterprise cyber security strategy** aligned with business and data center expansion goals - Establish **security governance frameworks, policies, and standards** (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, etc.) - Lead **cyber risk management and board-level reporting** **2. Data Center & Infrastructure Security** - Design and oversee security for: - **Data center networks, servers, storage, and virtualization layers** - **Cloud & hybrid infrastructure environments** - Ensure protection against threats like **DDoS, ransomware, zero-day vulnerabilities** - Implement **Zero Trust Architecture** across environments **3. Security Operations & Incident Response** - Build and lead **Security Operations Center (SOC)** capability - Oversee **threat monitoring, detection, and incident response frameworks** - Drive **cyber resilience and business continuity planning (BCP/DR)** - Lead response to **high-severity cyber incidents and breaches** **4. Compliance, Audit & Regulatory Alignment** - Ensure compliance with: - **Global and Indian data protection laws** - Industry standards ( **ISO, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.** ) - Manage **security audits, certifications, and customer assurance engagements** - Act as the **primary interface for regulatory and client security audits** **5. Product & Client Security Assurance** - Partner with **product, engineering, and delivery teams** to embed **security by design** - Ensure **client data protection, tenant isolation, and platform security** - Support enterprise clients with **security architecture reviews and RFPs** **6. Vendor & Third-Party Risk Management** - Establish frameworks for **third-party risk assessment and monitoring** - Secure ecosystem including: - Cloud providers - OEMs and infra vendors - Managed service partners **7. Cyber Talent & Capability Building** - Build and lead a **high-performance cyber security team** - Develop capabilities across: - Threat intelligence - Cloud security - OT/critical infrastructure security - Drive **cyber awareness programs across organization**
