This role is designed to enhance strategic alignment, operational integration, and risk management through the following key outcomes:** - **Dedicated Leadership**: A new EHS Lead (M6) for PDS will be appointed, reporting directly to the Business Unit Head, ensuring focused oversight for PDS. - **Centralised Oversight**: The lead will unify EHS efforts across projects, aligning safety strategies with operational leadership. - **Enhanced Risk & Compliance**: Consolidated leadership will improve consistency in risk management and reinforce compliance standards. - **Improved Coordination**: The role will facilitate stronger collaboration between EHS professionals and operational teams. - **Strategic Linkage**: Acting as a bridge between the Business Unit Head and Operational Head, the lead will be supported by the Regional EHS Lead. - **Business Alignment**: The structure ensures EHS initiatives are aligned with broader business & Service line objectives, embedding a proactive safety culture.
