Head - Operations\| Chennai Provide leadership to WS, SME and Retail operations teams of the Bank. Develop and implement operational policies ensure adherence to regulations, Policies \& Procedures. Build and motivate high performing knowledegable, futuristic operations teams, ensure a cutting edge strategy Maintain up to date knowledge of the market place, competitors. Maintain a cost effectiveness of retail operations by developing and encouraging innovative ideas. Responsible for people development by imparting appropriate coaching and mentoring the internal talent pool. .
