**Key Responsibilities:** **Student Placement and Career Development:** Take full responsibility for the college's placement cell, including organizing placement drives, coordinating with companies, and achieving high placement rates. Train students on essential skills such as CV writing, resume building, interview techniques, group discussions, and soft skills through workshops, seminars, and mock sessions. Track placement statistics, prepare reports, and continuously improve processes to align with market demands. **Admissions Management and Improvement:** Oversee the end-to-end admission process for all institutions, from inquiry handling to enrollment. Implement strategies to increase admission numbers, such as targeted outreach, open houses, counseling sessions, and partnerships with feeder schools or coaching centers. Focus on attracting high-caliber students by emphasizing academic excellence, infrastructure, and alumni success. Track admission metrics, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to enhance conversion rates. **Corporate Relations and Networking:** Build and maintain strong connections with corporates, industry leaders, and recruitment agencies in sectors relevant to Arts and Commerce graduates (e.g., finance, marketing, consulting, media, and NGOs). Leverage these networks to attract top companies for campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship opportunities. **Program Marketing and Promotion:** Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for existing and new programs across the school, college, and B.Ed institution. Promote courses in arts, commerce, education, and school-level curricula to target audiences, including students, parents, and educators. Utilize various channels to highlight program strengths, unique selling points, and success stories to drive interest and applications. **Launching New Programs:** Lead the conceptualization, planning, and rollout of new academic programs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and regulatory requirements (e.g., Maharashtra State Board, University of Mumbai, and NCTE norms). Create marketing campaigns to introduce these programs, including market research, target audience identification, and promotional materials to achieve enrolment targets. **Branding and Visibility:** Build and strengthen the brand identity of Sadhana Education Society and its institutions through consistent messaging, visual identity, and public relations efforts. Organize events like seminars, webinars, career fairs, and community outreach to boost reputation and foster long-term relationships with stakeholders. **Digital Marketing and Social Media:** Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to engage prospective students and parents with compelling content, including videos, testimonials, and live sessions. Optimize websites for user experience, SEO, and lead generation, ensuring they are up to date with program details, admission forms, and virtual tours. Leverage digital tools like email marketing, Google Ads, and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. **Sales and Enrolment Strategies:** Act as a sales leader by "selling" educational programs through persuasive communication, personalized consultations, and incentive programs. Collaborate with academic teams to align marketing efforts with program offerings, ensuring high enrolment in both existing and new initiatives. **Reporting and Analysis:** Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, admission statistics, and ROI of campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges in student recruitment. **Team Collaboration and Other Duties:** Work closely with principals, faculty, and administrative staff across institutions to integrate marketing into daily operations. Manage a small team or vendors for marketing execution. Handle any additional responsibilities as assigned by the management to support institutional growth.
