About the R** ole The Head – Real Estate will be responsible for driving end-to-end real estate strategy, acquisition, development enablement, and portfolio management for HyperVault’s data center expansion across India and global markets. This role will play a critical strategic enabler in identifying and securing high-value land parcels and built assets aligned to data center requirements (power availability, connectivity, regulatory feasibility), while ensuring speed, cost efficiency, and complia **nce. Prior experience in data centers, hyperscalers, telecom, or industrial infrastructure companies **preferred.
