****Job Description: Head, Sales \& Marketing-- Power Electronics**** This is a strategic leadership role based in Bangalore, and will be accountable for the go-to-market leadership, pipeline discipline, pricing and contracting governance, and technical?commercial excellence across target segments within Power electronics. The Sales \& Marketing Head will work closely with the business unit and be part P\&L Activity, Risk review process, and the Power Electronics Sales and Marketing process. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead sales strategy and business development for AC-DC/DC-DC converters, BESS, and central inverters across industrial and utility-scale markets. * Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and key account management (OEMs, EPCs, IPPs, utilities). * Oversee pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, and margin protection. * Provide technical-commercial leadership on power conversion topologies, grid integration, and compliance. * Manage forecasting, competitive analysis, and track technology evolution, standards/regulations, and segment demand. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely proposals, contracting, and order closures. **Key Requirements** * 20 years of experience in power electronics sales and marketing. * Strong knowledge of AC-DC/DC-DC converters, BESS, PCS, and grid-connected systems. * Proven track record in strategic sales, tender management, and large contract negotiations. * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. **About Us** Larsen \& Toubro (L\&T) is a USD 30 billion global technology and engineering powerhouse, driving innovation across EPC Projects, Hi-Tech Manufacturing, and Services.
