**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage industrial relations, labour laws, and regulations to ensure compliance with company policies. - Oversee union negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, and contract labor management. - Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention in the manufacturing plant. - Ensure timely resolution of grievances and disputes through fair and transparent processes. **Job Requirements :** - 15-25 years of experience in factory HR or related field. - Strong knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws, and regulations applicable to the manufacturing industry. - Proven track record in managing complex negotiations with unions or other stakeholders.
