**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage industrial relations with employees and government agencies to maintain a positive work environment. - Oversee recruitment processes, including temporary manpower handling  through contract management - Ensure statutory compliance by monitoring labor laws and regulations and implementing necessary measures to avoid non-compliance issues. - Implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives. **Job Requirements :** - 4-8 years of experience in human resources management in any automotive or automobile industry. - Strong understanding of industrial relations principles and practices. - Complete plant HR role. - Excellent knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
