Job description

**JD for PPC head - Brakes division -** **Experience required :** Minimum 12 years with BE degree **Qualification:** B-tech in Mechanical engineering **Technical skills:** 1. Proficiency in SAP (Like-daily production booking in all route /Rejection booking, work order creation, BOM planning, inventory planning ) 2. Proficiency in MS office (especially MS Excel with all type Excel formula knowledge for create daily MIS and Monthly inventory matching) 3. Proficiency in power point presentation **Soft skills:** 1. Establishing detailed production schedules (master plans) based on sales forecasts. 2. Setting daily/weekly production targets, including start and finish times for, jobs. 3. Allocating tasks and assigning work to specific machines or departments (machine loading) 4. Monitoring production progress and ensuring materials are available at the right time. 5. Managing inventory levels to balance supply with demand while minimizing costs. 6. Knowledge and hand on experience on IATF16949 , OSHAS documentation 7. Generating performance reports, such as material consumption and capacity utilization. 8. Analyzing capacity and resource needs. 9. Understanding capacity planning, and shop floor processes. 10. Effective communication across different manufacturing departments. 11. Daily align with customer for production planning
