This multi-dimensional approach enables us to solve the most important and large-scale challenges across the Aerospace & Defense, Energy & Utilities, Transportation, Hi-Tech, MedTech & Healthcare, Semiconductor and Telecommunication industries. **Position Overview:** **Position Title: Head – Procurement (Non-IT)** **Location: Bengaluru, India** **Scope:** The Head of Procurement (Non-IT) will lead the global strategy and execution of indirect procurement across Quest Global. This role is responsible for driving value through strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and governance while enabling business growth through strong cross-functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** **Strategic Sourcing & Value Creation:** - Define and execute global sourcing strategy across indirect categories (Admin, Facilities, Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Training, Professional Services). - Drive cost optimization, quality improvement, and innovation through structured sourcing programs. - Lead complex negotiations and establish long-term supplier agreements and SLAs. - Enable digital transformation and automation in procurement processes. **Supplier & Ecosystem Management:** - Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships to drive performance and innovation. - Develop supplier governance frameworks, performance metrics, and continuous improvement plans. - Leverage supplier insights to address business challenges and unlock value. **Procurement Governance, Risk & Performance:** - Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and global standards. - Drive risk management and business continuity across the supplier ecosystem. - Define and track KPIs (savings, supplier performance, cycle times, spend coverage). **Financial & Spend Management:** - Lead spend analysis to identify optimization opportunities. - Support commercial decision-making through pricing models and financial insights. - Partner with finance and business teams for budgeting and cost planning. **Stakeholder & Business Partnering:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Delivery, etc.) to align procurement with business priorities. - Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on procurement-related decisions. **People Leadership:** - Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team. - Drive capability building, succession planning, and talent development. **Key Requirements:** **Educational Qualification:** - Bachelor's degree in engineering (mandatory). - Master’s degree in supply chain / Operations / related field (preferred). **Must have:** - 18+ years' experience in a global Procurement/Sourcing or Supply Chain role, with minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role. - Proven stakeholder management experience in a cross-functional team. **Good to have:** - Procurement Expertise - Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, etc. - Good understanding/knowledge of Procurement, Best Practices, and Compliance. - Senior Stakeholder and Global Supplier Management. - Experience in cost transformation and operational excellence (related to procurement). **Our Culture Pillar: The way we work!** We’re always looking for humble geniuses from all backgrounds yearning to be part of something greater than themselves.
