**Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services!!** **Role : Head Program Management Office (PMO)** **Experience : 15+ Years** **Location Mumbai,** **Job Description** **Role Summary** The Head of PMO is responsible for overall program governance, milestone tracking, and performance reporting across all sites and workstreams. The role ensures delivery alignment between engineering, construction, finance, and client teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Establish a centralized PMO with digital dashboards and KPIs. - Track all workstreams: land, power, design, construction, client onboarding. - Manage cost, schedule, and scope across projects. - Lead monthly program reviews with CEO. - Develop project controls and risk management templates. **Ideal Background** - 15–20 years in program / portfolio management in EPC, IT Infra, or manufacturing. - Certification in PMP / Lean Six Sigma preferred.
