**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supply chain efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions through zero-based costing analysis. - Manage vendor relationships to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and improve overall performance. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sourcing decisions. **Job Requirements :** - 18-30 years of experience in procurement or a related field with expertise in global sourcing, strategic sourcing, and vendor development. - Strong understanding of should costing methodologies and ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios. - Proven track record of developing successful partnerships with suppliers across various industries (e.g., electronics manufacturing). - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
