**Role** :- Health Cloud Architect **Location** : - Zensar Location Immediate Joiner **Description** The SFDC Health Cloud Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive healthcare solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform. This role demands a deep understanding of Health Cloud's core components and the ability to translate complex healthcare requirements into secure and scalable technical architectures. The architect will lead technical discussions, define data models, and ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations. Additionally, they will guide the integration of Health Cloud with external systems and establish governance for development standards. **Responsibility** - Design and oversee the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, ensuring a comprehensive and secure approach. - Lead technical discovery workshops to understand client-specific care management challenges. - Translate complex healthcare requirements into scalable and secure technical architectures. - Define the data model, including custom objects and fields, adhering to healthcare data privacy regulations like HIPAA. - Design integration strategies to connect Health Cloud with external systems such as ERPs, HRMS, EHRs, labs, and billing systems. - Establish governance for development standards, code reviews, and deployment processes to maintain platform health. - Guide technical leads and developers, ensuring the architectural vision is accurately executed. - Evaluate and recommend AppExchange solutions to accelerate delivery and address functionality gaps. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare industry trends. **Qualification** - Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and implementation. - Strong expertise in Health Cloud's core components, including Care Plans, Care Program Enrollments, and the Patient/Provider data model. - Knowledge of Claims management with Salesforce Health Cloud is an added advantage. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to lead discussions with international clients and teams. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures, especially in the healthcare sector. - Deep understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations and their application in Salesforce Health Cloud. - Experience in leading technical discovery workshops and guiding technical leads and developers. - Familiarity with AppExchange solutions and their integration with Salesforce Health Cloud. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative healthcare solutions. - A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
