The advisor will guide customers through health insurance options, explain policy features and benefits, and help individuals and families select suitable coverage. Daily responsibilities include responding to queries, providing accurate information on products and claims processes, supporting policy issuance and renewals, and maintaining detailed records in line with regulatory and company standards. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery, conducting basic outreach or follow-ups, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on product changes, digital tools, and compliance requirements. Advisors are expected to promote ICICI Lombard’s health and wellness offerings, encourage responsible health behavior, and contribute to a positive and professional customer experience. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and engage effectively with diverse customers. - Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain long-term relationships with policyholders. - Candidates should possess Training skills to participate in and apply ongoing product, regulatory, and process training, and to share knowledge within the team. - Candidates should possess Health Promotion and Wellness skills to discuss preventive care, wellness programs, and value-added health services in a supportive manner. - Relevant experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is beneficial. - Knowledge of health insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and digital platforms or CRM systems is an advantage. - Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; additional certifications in insurance or finance are preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets ethically, and adhere to compliance and data privacy standards.
