The company has earned numerous national and international awards for excellence, innovation, and social responsibility. **Role Description** This is a full-time, remote role for Health Insurance Advisors at ICICI Lombard. Health Insurance Advisors will guide customers in selecting suitable health insurance plans, explain policy features and benefits, and support them through the end-to-end purchase process via phone, online channels, and digital tools. The role includes responding to customer queries, providing pre- and post-sale assistance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely resolution of issues. Advisors will promote preventive health and wellness offerings linked to insurance products, encourage use of digital platforms such as the IL TakeCare app, and help customers understand claims processes and value-added services. Daily activities also involve maintaining records, meeting performance and quality targets, and staying updated on product changes, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines. **Qualifications** - Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customers. - Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and relationship building. - Ability to deliver Training and guidance to customers on policy usage, digital tools, and health-related services. - Knowledge of Health Promotion and Wellness concepts to effectively position preventive health benefits and wellness programs. - Comfort with remote work, digital platforms, and basic computer applications; familiarity with insurance or financial services is an advantage. - Attention to detail, ethical conduct, and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards. - Preferred education: diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant certifications in insurance or health-related fields are a plus. - Prior experience in health insurance, banking, telesales, or customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
