The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing intelligent automation solutions, specifically building AI agents to streamline and resolve support processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, robust, and highly efficient AI-driven applications. Key Responsibilities **MUST HAVE:** - LLM, Advance RAG, NLP, transformer model, LangChain - Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts - Experience Good understanding of GenAI LLM models (ChatGPT, LLAMA 2, etc.), Vectordatabases, LangChain, and LlamaIndex. - Machine learning, deep Learning architecture, NLP, and OCR.
