**Role**: We are seeking an experienced Loan Operations Specialist to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing loan syndication processes, reconciliation, and potentially CLO and CDO operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. **Job Responsibilities** : - Manage the end-to-end loan syndication process, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks such as document preparation, distribution, and tracking. - Perform loan operations tasks, including reconciliation of loan accounts, monitoring loan payments, and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. - Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts, underwriters, and legal personnel, to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan transactions, documentation, and correspondence. - Assist in the preparation and review of reports, presentations, and other materials related to loan syndication and operations. - Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. - Provide support in the management of CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligations) and CDO (Collateralized Debt Obligations) operations, if required. - Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance standards. **Criteria** : - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. - Proven experience in loan syndication, loan operations, and reconciliation processe - Knowledge of CLO and CDO operations. **Shifts timings:** UK shift (Including night shift) Must ready to work in any shift allocated by Management as per process and Client Requirement. **Week Off :** Saturday & Sunday **Transport :** One Way if working in Early Morning, Evening or in Night Shift
