Job Description - -------------- Job Description - -------------- **DOCSIS Knowledge,In-depth understanding of DOCSIS 3.0/3.1/4.0 specifications, including channel bonding and OFDM/OFDMA. Proficiency in RF concepts, including signal levels, SNR (Signal-to-Noise Ratio), MER (Modulation Error Ratio), and node optimization. Strong understanding of IP networking, including routing, switching, VLANs, IPv4/IPv6, and DHCP. Tools: Experience with tools such as SNMP, NetCool, JIRA, and spectral analysis software, Traffic Generator(IXIA/STC) Supporting field technicians with complex field troubleshooting and validating new plant construction** For this role, the gross annual starting base salary is \[X\] \[currency\] (full-time). This covers base pay only any bonuses, incentives, and benefits will be discussed later in the recruitment process.
