**Role & responsibilities** **Years of Experience:** 10+ Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CRM Solution Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead the design and implementation of CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CRM processes and best practices, and will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. **Responsibilities:** - Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, including design patterns, integration strategies, and data models. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure the quality and performance of the CRM solutions through rigorous testing and validation. - Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing systems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the CRM solutions. - Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget. **Mandatory Skills:** - Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration. - Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices. - Experience in solution architecture and design for enterprise-level applications. - Proficiency in data modeling, integration techniques, and API management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solutions. - Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10-15 years of experience in CRM solution architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Proven track record of successful CRM implementations in a variety of industries.
