- Experience on engineering and delivering software products. - Proven hands-on experience on RPG, RPGLE, SQL, CLLE CL OS/400, DB2/400. - Knowledge of API & Microservices, designing & developing responsive UI components. - Knowledge of design concepts and design patterns - Familiar with security practices for development - Good troubleshooting skills - Sound verbal and written communication to interact with global teams. Good Interpersonal skills - Good to have knowledge of tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, JIRA, Confluence - Knowledge of cloud environments. - You have experience in fostering a strong engineering culture in an agile and DevOps environment. - Track record of identifying and implementing opportunities to enable engineers to develop more productively and with high quality.
