As a Recruitment Associate at Filo, you will be responsible for tutors hiring, operational work, communicating with candidates, conducting interviews, recruiting, screening potential tutors and submitting their documents to the onboarding team. **Qualifications** ● Hiring and Recruiting skills ● Communication and Interviewing skills ● Experience in candidate screening ● Strong interpersonal skills ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ● Knowledge of e-learning industry trends is a plus ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
