**Role & responsibilities** BIW Process planning and equipment ordering experience with good communication **skills.** o ECN Implementation and Process simulation o Project / Process feedback and feedforward between different stakeholders, in TML and FIAT o Experience in the BIW design domain. o Proficient in concept design of Geo stations, Re-spot, Grippers o Experience in 3D finish, 2D detailing and quality check o Awareness of Tier-1/OEM Design standards o Knowledge of tolerances and materials. Sound ability to understand and use GD&T o Knowledge and understanding of sheet metal manufacturing processes o Technical guidance to team o Expert in project planning & execution o Exposure to Welding Lines Process & Layout(Spot Welding, ARC welding) o Understanding of standard BOP selection and familiarity in pneumatics, sensors and other integration elements Soft skills o PLM TCUA o Team center Vis VSA o CATIA o Creo o AutoCAD o MS office tools Education o Graduate/Postgraduate in Mechanical/Production/Automotive engg from recognized institute. Experience Relevant Work Experience: o 6 10 Years of work experience in vehicle integration, process planning, design validation, assembly shop experience, design of small assembly aid tools, 3D factory, ergonomic simulations, documentation etc . Technical Skills: o Experience on Automotive system, Fundamental knowledge of Automotive systems Other Skills: o Program Management for New Product Development
