Hi, Please read the Job description and required skills ( If interested and skills are matching , Kindly apply Who is Eligible: 1) Only experienced 6 months and 1 year above in customer support should apply 2) Should have excellent communication skills 3) Should be an immediate joiner 4) Should be flexible to work in the below shifts only Shift 1: 5.30pm to 2.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday) Shift 2 : 8.30pm to 5.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday) Salary :( Not negotiable) 6 months to 1yr 24k take home per month + Rs 2500 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop I yr and above Rs 26k take home per month and +Rs 2824 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop Key Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction • Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively. • Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
