**CA Post Qualification 10+ years** **Industry - Engineering, Manufacturing, EPS** **Key Responsibilities** **Financial Planning & Analysis** - Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. - Monitor actual performance against budgets and analyze variances. - Present monthly MIS, financial dashboards, and business insights to leadership. - Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and profitability reports. **Accounting & Financial Reporting** - Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards. - Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Banking activities. - Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing. **Taxation & Statutory Compliance** - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, Professional Tax, and other statutory regulations. - Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits. - Liaise with auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities. - Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns. **Treasury & Cash Flow Management** - Monitor daily cash flow and working capital requirements. - Manage banking relationships and fund utilization. - Optimize cash flow and investments while minimizing financial risks. **Payroll & Employee Benefits** - Review payroll processing and statutory deductions. - Ensure compliance with employee benefits, gratuity, insurance, and other statutory obligations. **Internal Controls & Risk Management** - Develop and strengthen internal financial controls. - Ensure adherence to company policies and audit recommendations. - Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies. **Business Partnering** - Work closely with HR, Operations, and Business Leaders. - Support pricing decisions, client/vendor commercial negotiations, and contract reviews. **Team Management** - Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team. - Establish SOPs and continuous process improvements. - Drive automation and digital transformation in finance processes. **Required Qualifications** - Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory **Experience** - 1012 years of post-qualification experience. - Experience in Engineering Services, IT Services, Manufacturing, or Consulting organizations preferred. - Experience in handling statutory audits, taxation, budgeting, MIS, and financial planning. - Experience managing end-to-end finance operations. **Technical Skills** - Strong knowledge of: - Indian Accounting Standards - GST & Income Tax - TDS Compliance - Companies Act - Financial Planning & Budgeting - Cost Control - Cash Flow Management - Internal Controls & Audit **Relevant candidates alone apply - kokila.j@randstad.in**
