Hi, We are hiring for Technical support(only experienced from technical support with good communication skills) Exp - 1 to 2yrs Salary - 32k take home fixed(Not Negotiable) Exp - 2 yrs and above Salary - 40 k take home fixed (Not Negotiable) Should be flexible to night shifts(no day shifts) 5 days working a week and 2 days week off Fixed week offs on Saturday and Sunday Free two way cab provided(\\*25 km radius) Work from office only. NOTE - Immediate Joiners only Work Location - Ramanujam IT city,Taramani,chennai Key responsibilities • Ability to address customer concerns and provide feedback in a friendly, diplomatic and empathetic way; you treat customer problems like your own. • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently. • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving QoS (Quality of Service) issues, including escalations to third parties. • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs with the ability to understand and troubleshoot issues with cloud solutions. • skiled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues, with an understanding of TCP/UDP, and basics of SSL/TLS.
