**Hi,** **We are hiring for Technical support(only experienced from technical support with good communication skills)** **Exp - 1 to 2yrs Salary - 32k take home fixed(Not Negotiable)** **Exp - 2 yrs and above Salary - 40 k take home fixed (Not Negotiable)** **Should be flexible to night shifts(no day shifts)** **5 days working a week and 2 days week off Fixed week offs on Saturday and Sunday** **Free two way cab provided(\\*25 km radius)** **Work from office only.** **NOTE - Immediate Joiners only** **Work Location - Ramanujam IT city,Taramani,chennai** Key responsibilities - Ability to address customer concerns and provide feedback in a friendly, diplomatic and empathetic way; you treat customer problems like your own. - Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving QoS (Quality of Service) issues, including escalations to third parties. - Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs with the ability to understand and troubleshoot issues with cloud solutions. - skiled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues, with an understanding of TCP/UDP, and basics of SSL/TLS.
