This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong domain expertise, engagement management, and delivery excellence. You will work closely with senior stakeholders (Director to VP level) and drive high-impact initiatives across supply chain, revenue growth, digital commerce, and consumer analytics. **Key Responsibilities** **Engagement Leadership & Delivery** - Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risks - Act as the primary client interface for project sponsors and stakeholders - Drive planning, execution, and coordination across global teams - Ensure delivery quality through governance and milestone tracking - Own financials including forecasting, utilization, and margin management - Deliver measurable business outcomes aligned to KPIs **Domain Expertise & Solution Design** - Apply deep CPG industry knowledge across value chains - Contribute to solution design for business and technology challenges - Work across key areas such as: - Supply Chain Planning & Execution (S&OP, IBP, logistics) - Revenue Growth Management (pricing, trade promotions) - Digital Commerce & D2C strategies - Consumer Data & Analytics (CDP, segmentation, insights) - Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 - Enterprise platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Cloud) **Required Qualifications** **Experience** - 8–14 years of experience, with at least 5 years in CPG - 3+ years in consulting or engagement leadership roles - Proven track record managing large transformation programs ($5M–$25M) - Hands-on experience in at least two key CPG functional areas **Skills & Competencies** - Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills - Expertise in program delivery, risk management, and financial tracking - Strong analytical and problem-solving capability - Ability to handle cross-functional and global teams - Excellent communication and presentation skills **Education** - Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) - Relevant certifications (PMP, APICS, SAFe, Cloud, Six Sigma) are a plus **Preferred Qualifications** - Prior experience working within a CPG organization - Exposure to CPG sub-sectors (FMCG, personal care, food & beverage, etc.) - Experience with Agile methodologies - Knowledge of data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI - Global delivery experience **Key Performance Indicators** - On-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery - Client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) - Team utilization and productivity - Contribution to business development - Knowledge sharing and team mentoring **Location & Travel** - Flexible location across major offices - Travel: 40–60% **About the CPG Practice** Our CPG practice partners with the world's leading consumer goods companies to navigate an era of unprecedented disruption , evolving consumer expectations, channel fragmentation, supply chain volatility, and the imperative to grow sustainably.
