**Role** : The Payment Services role is responsible for handling and resolving basic investigations related to incoming mail, checks, audit letters, or routing. Additionally, the role involves providing efficient, effective, and professional client support to lower-tier corporate clients, troubleshooting cases/issues as required. This role involves liaising with internal partners to solve client inquiries and contributes to operational support of the team Operational Standards. **Job Responsibilities** : - Handle and resolve basic investigations regarding incoming mail, checks, audit letters, or routing. This involves thoroughly reviewing and analyzing the relevant documents, identifying any discrepancies or issues, and taking appropriate actions to address them in a timely and efficient manner. - Troubleshoot cases/issues as required. This involves identifying the root cause of the issues, gathering relevant information, and working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions. - Demonstrate a basic understanding of General Accounting Principles. This includes knowledge of accounting concepts, principles, and practices, which will aid in understanding and interpreting financial information related to payment services. - Proficient in using PC MS applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). This includes the ability to create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations effectively. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to payment services, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established procedures and guidelines. - Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, and vendors, to ensure efficient and seamless operations. - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and identify areas for optimization within payment services workflows and procedures. - Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to payment services, data privacy, and confidentiality. - Experience in using specialized payment processing software or systems would be an added advantage. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or compliance requirements related to payment services would be beneficial. **Criteria** : - 1-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or related field. - Basic understanding of General Accounting Principles. - Knowledge of PC MS applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in using specialized payment processing software or systems. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or compliance requirements related to payment services. **Shifts timings:** Operating as 24\\*7 Days **Week Off :** 2 Days Split week-off **Transport :** One way cab will be provided (as per policy)
