Read on for more details on the role and about us. **What's this role about?** Zensar Technologies seeks a Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in the Manufacturing domain to bridge the gap between business and technology. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. - Minimum 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Manufacturing. - Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Service, and Field Service modules. - Working knowledge of BA tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Visio, and more. - Understanding of CRM workflows, case management, and service scheduling. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions. - Experience in Manufacturing digital transformation initiatives is preferred. - Relevant certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals. **Must have skills** :- Business Analysis experience, preferably in Manufacturing. **Experience** : 8+years **Location** : Pune **Notice Period:** Early joiners are highly appreciated. and max 30days notice Please provide us the details as below: Full Name: Contact Number: Experience: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: Work Location **Advantage Zensar** We are a digital solutions and technology services company that partners with global organizations across industries to achieve digital transformation.
