Hiring for Senior Speical Tools Engineer:- • Strong knowledge of Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics systems • experience requried for 4 - 10 years. • Special tools design principles and methodologies • Test bench design and validation processes • Knowledge of: • Engineering standards and regulations • Configuration management practices • Tool catalogue management systems • Proficiency in: • CAD tools (e.g., CATIA) • Engineering documentation & technical writing Key Responsibilities • Special Tools Definition, Planning & Management • Define and prepare the Special Tools List based on project/service requirements • Structure, document, and maintain technical content and specifications • Plan project activities, timelines, and workload management for tool development • Review and assess special tools requirements vs Alstom catalogue and processes • Ensure application of Special Tools Management Process • Perform configuration management and maintain tool catalogue updates • Ensure alignment with stakeholders (engineering, sourcing, quality, service teams)
