**Opening for US Healthcare COE Medical Coding \\_Chennai** Location : Chennai Shift - US Shift Experience **Associate Manage** r- 8 to 11 Year **Manage** r - 12 to 15 Year **Key Responsibilities** - Drive transformation initiatives across coding and RCM workflows, focusing on improving coding accuracy, charge capture, and revenue realization - Lead Six Sigma and Lean projects to enhance coding quality, reduce rework, and minimize revenue - Implement automation and AI solutions for coding validation, documentation checks, and pre-bill error detection - Design and deploy coding quality frameworks to improve first-pass accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines - Conduct workshops and create executive presentations to communicate coding transformation initiatives and value impact - Drive denial prevention strategies by identifying coding/documentation gaps and reducing rework in AR follow-up - Interface with client leadership to align coding excellence, compliance, and revenue outcomes with business goals **Preferred Skills & Experience:** - Strong experience in medical coding with certification in CPC/CCS/CPMA/CPPM/ CPCO/CHC with strong working experience in E&M, radiology and surgery specialty - Proven track record in coding quality improvement, audit programs, and denial reduction initiatives - Expertise in automation tools, coding audit systems, and predictive analytics modes - Strong ability to translate coding data into actionable insights and transformation strategies - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project execution skills. **Note:** - Looking for candidate with an immediate to 30-day notice period - Candidates must have complete set **of relieving/Experience lett** ers from all previous employ **es, If your profile aligns with the above job description, please proceed with registration.
