- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define role requirements and candidate profiles - Source passive candidates through Boolean searches, and LinkedIn - Conduct initial technical screenings and assess cultural alignment - Manage the candidate experience from application through onboarding - Use data and hiring analytics to drive improvements in sourcing and hiring strategies - Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles - 2+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles - Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
