( SQL, Databricks, Talend, Python/PySpark, Azure, ETL).** **Note:-** 5 Days WFO & Shift**:** 247 Rotational. **Location:** Greater Noida.. **Experience:** 3 to 10 Years **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Work Model:** Offshore **Share Your CV:- Gaurav.2.Kumar@coforge.com** **WhatsApp:** **9667427662** **Interview Details:-** - **Interview Dates:** **13th June & 14th June 2026 - Saturday** & **Sunday** - **Mode:** Microsoft Teams (Video Call) - **Time:** Saturday : 12 to 04 PM & Sunday : 01 to 04 PM - **Duration:** 30 Minutes **Job Description:-** We are looking for experienced **L2 Application/Production Support Engineers** to manage critical production environments in a 247 support model. **Key Responsibilities:-** - Provide **L2 production/application support** in a 247 environment - Monitor jobs, alerts, and incidents via **ServiceNow, Jira, Moogsoft, Client360** - Perform **job reruns, data validation, and dependency checks** - Troubleshoot issues across **SQL, Databricks, Talend, Azure & ETL pipelines** - Ensure proper **shift handovers, KB documentation, and SOP adherence** - Drive **automation using Python/AI tools** - Conduct **RCA for critical incidents** and ensure SLA compliance **Technical Skills (Must Have):-** - Strong hands-on experience in: **SQL, Databricks, Talend, Python/PySpark**, **Azure (ADLS, ADF)** & **ETL pipelines & batch processing.** - Experience with **Job Schedulers (Autosys/Control-M)** - Working knowledge of **ServiceNow (Incidents/Changes/Problems)** - Strong **troubleshooting & analytical skills** - Experience in **log analysis & batch cycle support** - Knowledge of **Power BI / dashboards for reporting** - Ability to identify recurring issues and propose improvements
