**Job Title:** Learning & Development (L&D) Lead **Location:** Chennai (Work From Office) **Experience:** 5+ Years **Salary:** Up to 10 LPA **Notice Period:** 30 Days or Less (Immediate Joiners Preferred) **Quick Overview** Are you passionate about helping people grow and shaping the future of talent? We are looking for a dynamic **L&D Lead** in Chennai to take charge of our training programs, design exciting learning roadmaps, and build a high-performance culture! **Key Responsibilities :** - **Find Skill Gaps:** Talk with team leads to understand training needs across departments. - **Design & Deliver:** Create and lead fun, interactive workshops (behavioral, leadership, and soft skills). - **Smooth Onboarding:** Own the new-hire orientation process to give new joiners a great Day 1 experience. - **Manage LMS & Vendors:** Handle our Learning Management System and coordinate with external trainers when needed. - **Track Results:** Measure how trainings boost employee performance and show real ROI. **What We Are Looking For:** - **5+ years** of hands-on experience in L&D or Corporate Training. - Excellent **communication, public speaking, and people skills**. - Comfortable with **100% Work from Office in Chennai**. - **Notice period MUST be 30 days or less.** **Interested, Please share your resume to below mail ID** **Keerthana.s1@straive.com**
