The Executive Legal supports the team in managing litigation related to land, property, commercial, and regulatory matters across the organization. The role involves coordinating with external advocates, courts, government authorities, and internal stakeholders, maintaining litigation records, ensuring timely legal compliance, and protecting the Company's interests through effective case management and legal support. **Role & responsibilities** - Assist in managing proceedings across the organization's projects. - Liaise with internal stakeholders including Land Acquisition, Projects, Sales, CRM, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Business Development teams to provide litigation support. - Support legal requirements of subsidiary companies by coordinating litigation matters, maintaining legal records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. - Assist in dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, conciliation, and settlement discussions. - Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of litigation files, title documents, court records, legal correspondence, and statutory records. **Qualifications** - Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) - 2–3 years of experience in an in-house legal department, preferably in the real estate, infrastructure, construction, or corporate sector. **Preferred candidate profile** - Coordinate and manage assigned litigation matters across courts, tribunals, RERA and consumer forums. - Collaborate effectively with internal functions and external advocates, consultants and authorities. - Support review of legal notices, contracts, commercial agreements and dispute-related documentation. - Maintain litigation records, case files, legal MIS and document repository. - Provide litigation and legal support to subsidiary companies. - Prioritize litigation activities and manage multiple cases simultaneously. - Draft legal correspondence and coordinate negotiations with advocates and stakeholders.
