**Role & responsibilities** Total Exp: 5+ Years Design, develop, customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications using C#, .NET Framework and implement customizations including: - Forms, Views - Business Rules, Business Processes - Security Roles, Business Units - Custom Entities and Tables - JavaScript Customizations - Ribbon Workbench Customizations Develop and maintain complex Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, JavaScript, Web Resources, and PCF Controls. Build and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using: - Power Automate - REST APIs - Web Services - Azure Integration Services Work extensively with Dynamics 365 modules including: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights - Create and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and integrate external applications. - Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and scalable code following coding standards and best practices. - Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of CRM solutions. - Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards. - Support deployment activities and solution migrations across Development, UAT, and Production environments. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for CRM applications. - Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides. **Preferred candidate profile** **Perks and benefits**
