In this role, you will look at company data (like hiring numbers, costs, and profits) and create clear reports and financial models. You will work completely remotely and partner directly with our business leaders in the U.S. Because of this, you must be comfortable working **U.S. business hours** and have **excellent English skills**. **What You Will Do (Responsibilities)** - **Build Charts & Dashboards:** Create and update easy-to-read reports and dashboards using **Power BI** and **Advanced Excel**. - **Predict Hiring & Costs:** Build models to help the company plan future hiring, calculate employee costs, and measure team productivity. - **Explain Data Simply:** Take complicated spreadsheets and turn them into simple, clear summaries with recommendations for company leaders. - **Check for Accuracy:** Carefully review data to ensure all reports are 100% accurate and error-free. - **Use AI & Automation:** Use AI tools and automation to speed up your work and spend less time on manual reporting. - **Solve Problems Independently:** Take ownership of your projects, fix data issues on your own, and work with minimal supervision. **Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)** - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, IT, HR, or a related field. - **Experience:** 7 or more years of experience in data analytics, workforce tracking, or financial modeling. - **Software Skills:** Expert-level skills in **Advanced Excel** and **Power BI**. - **HR Knowledge:** A good understanding of workforce terms (like headcount, employee turnover, labor costs, and hiring). - **Work Style:** Ability to work independently from home during **U.S. night shifts**. - **Language:** Fluent, professional English (both spoken and written). **Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus):** - Experience working for a consulting, staffing, or professional services company. - Experience using modern AI tools to automate work. - Experience working remotely with teams based in the U.S.
