Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - **Candidate must have good communication skills** - **Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.** - **Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.** - **Log all incidents and service requests accurately in the ITSM tool.** - **Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams.** - **Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved and provide feedback.** - **Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.** - **Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees (e.g., account setup, access provisioning).** - **Monitor system/infra alerts and take appropriate action.** - **Perform catch and dispatch tasks on triggered events** - **Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.** - **Flexible to work in rotational shifts or 24x7 environment**
