**Responsibilities:** Implement and configure ServiceNow GRC modules Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, Audit Management. Develop and customize workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within ServiceNow. Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design GRC solutions aligned with business needs. Integrate GRC with other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, IRM, and SecOps. Maintain platform health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless upgrades. Support governance, risk, and compliance processes through automation and best practices. **Skills Required:** Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation. Good understanding of GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). Knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and integration (REST/SOAP). Experience with CMDB, workflows, ACLs, and platform administration. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
