HIRING SIX MONTHS EXPERIENCE FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT -SALARY -21K -24K Hi, Please read the Job description and required skills( If interested and skills are matching , Kindly apply Who is Eligible: 1) Only experienced 6 months & above in customer support should apply 2) Should have excellent communication skills 3) Should be an immediate joiner 4) Should be flexible to work in the below shifts only Shift 1 5.30pm to 2.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday) Shift 2 8.30pm to 5.30am(Fixed week off on Saturday & Sunday) Salary :( Not negotiable) 6 months to 1yr 24k take home per month + Rs 2500 performance bonus + Free transport pick up and drop Key Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction • Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively. • Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
