Wholesale Funding : 1. Coordination with regions and banks for INF enhancement. 2.Coordination with banks for credit and financial rating of of dealers. 3.Review the working capital requirement at outlet level. 4.Coordination with banks for MOU renewal and INF scheme sanction extensions. 5.Reporting and MIS coordination. 6.Wholesale and fund tracking vs requirement on daily basis. 7.Explore scope of New tie ups for Wholesale Funding 8.Track Working Capital for upcoming outlets Vs Planned and coordinate with banks for prompt activation Retail Finance: 1. Explore new financier tie ups with banks/ NBFCs having strong regional presence. 2. Negotiate schemes with tie up banks / NBFCs 3. Conduct CRM activities with banks in form of branch display, corporate display, digital campaigns on banks  database. 4. Chase booking target through bank CRM activities. 5. Develop digital finance  strategy which includes website integration of KIN  with banks.
