The brand has rapidly expanded to 10 countries, with 30 hotels currently open, and aims to reach 100 properties by FY26. Job Description Operations Manager Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Baner, Pune Department: Hotel Operations Reports To: General Manager / Cluster Operations Head About the Role Sunday Hotels is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Baner, Pune property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational efficiency, managing cross- functional teams, and ensuring the hotel achieves its business and service excellence goals. Key Responsibilities • Manage the overall hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments. • Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and other operational teams. • Deliver outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns. • Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements. • Monitor occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational KPIs. • Control operational costs while maintaining service quality. • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff. • Conduct daily briefings and departmental meetings. • Coordinate with the Sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue. • Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee procurement. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management. • Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
