Housekeeping Specialist

Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Conduct regular audits of Housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, and physical presence. - Inspect public areas, washrooms, demo/show rooms, occupied, onboarding, vacant, and exit rooms. - Monitor housekeeping standards, deep cleaning, tank cleaning, and pest control compliance. - Conduct housekeeping store and inventory audits and ensure optimum utilization. - Manage live counters, food ordering, and day-to-day food operations. - Coordinate with food vendors and ensure timely setup and delivery of food. - Monitor food utilization and wastage control. - Ensure adherence to SOPs for food presentation, serving, hygiene, and quality. - Review housekeeping and food-related resident tickets and ensure timely resolution. - Interact with residents to collect feedback and address service concerns. - Conduct training and briefing sessions for Housekeeping and Food Service manpower. - Discuss observations with the House Manager and respective teams and drive timely closure of action items. - Track negative feedback, complaints, and corrective action plans. - Prepare and submit detailed house audit reports with key observations and improvement areas.
