This commitment to training supports dignified livelihoods for professionals and ensures consistent service excellence for customers. **Role Description** The Housekeeping Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for designing, delivering, and monitoring training programs for housekeeping service professionals. This role involves developing training materials and standard operating procedures, conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and assessing service professionals’ skills and performance against defined quality benchmarks. The manager will regularly audit service delivery at customer locations, provide coaching and feedback, and implement improvement plans to ensure consistent, high-quality housekeeping services. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with operations and quality teams, addressing training needs identified through customer feedback and performance data, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards. The role also includes reporting on training outcomes, maintaining training records, and supporting the onboarding and upskilling of new and existing service professionals. **Qualifications** - Strong Supervisory Skills to oversee housekeeping professionals, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to service standards. - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to conduct clear training sessions, handle queries, and support a positive customer experience. - Expertise in Training & Development and Training to design curricula, deliver practical and classroom sessions, and evaluate learning outcomes. - Experience in housekeeping, facility management, hospitality, or related service industries, with a solid understanding of cleaning protocols, safety, and hygiene standards. - Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple training schedules, and travel locally for audits and on-the-job coaching as needed. - Strong organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in basic digital tools for reporting and tracking training metrics. - Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Housekeeping, Training, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in training or quality management are an advantage.
